Out-Of-Stock products & customized orders time depends on order size, quantity, prototyping, its approval and availability of requested materials. Usually lead time is between 45 – 90 days depending upon mentioned factors. All products will pass through all QC parameters to ensure premium products to clients.
A: Generally, the products are packed according to their nature, size, logistics type & sensitivity.All products are individually packed and then stacked in larger boxes for final shipping. Customized packing can also be done according to customer’s specifications.

Different shapes and colours of silicon inserts , gummets , instruments holders and mats are made using rubber silicon with industrial food grade colors.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts on the shelf, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. Though you can get detailed information from our customer support team if there’s any change in policy.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before your payment. Other payment terms are specified on the Order Acknowledgement, payment shall be made in accordance with those terms and conditions. You can also track the complete packing process on request.

A: If the package is lost due before dispatchment then the company will refund you accordingly. Otherwise risk of loss will pass to Buyer only after shipment of the goods. It also depends on the delivery process the buyer has chosen. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
